Existence is weird. Stay curious.
Human
to human.
Therapy can get weird when one person is treated like the expert and the other like the problem to be solved. That’s not how I see it. You bring your life, your history, your instincts, your contradictions, all parts of your Self. I bring questions, perspective, training, and a willingness to look closely with you.
There is not “right” way to do therapy. You can ramble, change your mind, contradict yourself, laugh at the wrong moment, or have no idea where to start. That’s all usable. Neither of us needs to pretend we know the answer. We stay curious long enough to understand what’s actually there. The patterns, the stories, reactions, and relationships shaping your life. Then you get to choose what stays and what can be let go.

Therapy with me is active, collaborative, curious, and occasionally uncomfortable. I’ll ask questions, challenge things when it feels useful, probably swear from time to time, and make room for humour alongside the heavier stuff. I don’t believe there’s one right way to do therapy, so we’ll draw from different approaches depending on who you are, what you’re carrying, and what we’re trying to understand. The aim isn’t to create some perfectly healed version of you. It’s to know yourself better, have more choice, and build a life that feels increasingly like your own.
